For than 18 years, associated industrial Furnaces (P) Ltd. has been actively involved in the design and supply of ragged and reliable industrial plants, furnaces, kilns and ovens with approximately 70 designers, engineers, planners and technologists with headquarters in NODIA, near Delhi.

Associated was incorporated in 1987, primarily aiming at the Indian Ceramic and Non-ferrous and Ferrous Heat Treatment industry. In 2001, a License Agreement was reached with Mechatherm international Ltd., U.K. allowing Associated to supply complete cast House equipment including melting and Holding Furnaces, Heat Treatment Furnaces, Charging Equipment, Filters, Launders and other ancillary equipment to the Aluminum industry, which include Primary producers, secondary processors, and casting and forging facilities. Our expertise includes "turn -key" manufacturing, starting from basic Design, through Engineering, manufacturing. Site installation and commissioning. All disciplines, including Electricals, PLC-SCADA and PLC Programming are engineered "in house". We have a very strong presence in the Non-Ferrous smelters within India - with major installations at BALCO, HINDALCO, Hindustan Zinc Ltd. And NALCO. Activities are not restricted to only India and we have now an increased overseas presence in Singapore, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Canda, lceland, sharjah, Dubai, Turkey, Greece, etc.

We have "in-house" Fabrication and machining capabilities including a complete weld shop, Machine shop with Large Capacity Lathes, planer Mills, shapers etc. all used for jobs requiring precision and efficiency. We have extensive design and engineering facilities with PC-based CAD systems. Apart from engineering products manufactured by us, we also take up purely detailed engineering contracts. We currently use inventor 11 for3D modeling and AutoCAD 2D on our Design Stations.
