Mechatherm have completed worldwide projects in all continents and they have much experience in customising our furnace designs to suit specific locations, local standards, regulations and client's internal standards. They utilise many different local contractors for the fabrication, component supply and labour usually locally to where the equipment will be installed. They have a wide network and good relationship with many local fabrication and construction companies. They also work very closely with our licensees and local collaborators / partners to service many different continents that they operate in. They have working partners in Thailand, China, South Africa, Russia and India plus many other worldwide non exclusivity agreements with local representatives.

Mechatherm office is based in Kingswinford in the heart of England, where they fully employ over 55 people predominantly professional and experienced engineers working in conjunction with several administrative personnel. Since the formation of Mechatherm in 1973 they have continually progressed in stature, size and turnover based initially on the UK market and then on world wide exports due to the diminishing UK market. There commercial turnover has fluctuated between 10 and 12 million pounds sterling consistently over the past few years and is forecast to increase even further over the next few years. This success has enabled Mechatherm to become very commercially sound enjoying good banking facilities to ensure they can continually overcome the arduous commercial challenges in processing multi million pound projects.

The absence of parent companies, external shareholders or any other third parties enable active, unhindered and efficient roles in the company's activities. With a longstanding commitment to quality, Mechatherm was certified with ISO9001 in 1992 and has further improved on this with a fully comprehensive 'Total Quality Management' program and ongoing implementation of the 'Investors in People' scheme.
